Buyer electronic address MUST be provided
What it means
The buyer electronic address (BT-49) is mandatory in Peppol BIS though optional in plain EN 16931: cbc:EndpointID under cac:AccountingCustomerParty/cac:Party. It is the participant identifier the network uses to route the document to the receiving access point, so there is no sending without it.
How to fix it
Add cbc:EndpointID with the buyer's Peppol participant identifier and its schemeID from the EAS code list (e.g. 0208 Belgian enterprise number, 0192 Norwegian org number, 0088 GLN) under the buyer's cac:Party, before cac:PartyIdentification in UBL element order.
