Business process MUST be provided.
What it means
Peppol BIS 3.0 makes the business process identifier (BT-23) mandatory: cbc:ProfileID must be present at document level. Plain EN 16931 does not require it, which is why an invoice that passes CEN validation can still be rejected at the Peppol access point.
How to fix it
Add cbc:ProfileID with urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:01:1.0 (the standard billing process) right after cbc:CustomizationID; see PEPPOL-EN16931-R007 for the required format.
