What it means
schemeID 0151 declares an Australian Business Number: exactly 11 digits with a valid ABN checksum. The conventional display format with spaces (NN NNN NNN NNN) is the most common reject, ahead of plain typos.
How to fix it
Strip whitespace and send the 11-digit ABN in the identifiers flagged 0151 (BT-34/BT-49, BT-29/BT-46, BT-30/BT-47).
