What it means
schemeID 0208 declares a Belgian enterprise number (KBO/BCE): exactly 10 digits with a valid mod-97 check. The rule fires when the number is sent in its display form with dots (0123.456.789), with a 'BE' prefix copied from the VAT number, or with the leading zero dropped by a numeric cast.
How to fix it
Send the 10-digit enterprise number - digits only, leading zero kept, no dots, no BE prefix - in the identifiers flagged 0208 (BT-34/BT-49, BT-29/BT-46, BT-30/BT-47).
