BR-CO-17
Error (blocking) EN 16931 (UBL)EN 16931 (CII)
Official rule text
[BR-CO-17]-VAT category tax amount (BT-117) = VAT category taxable amount (BT-116) x (VAT category rate (BT-119) / 100), rounded to two decimals.
What it means
Each VAT breakdown entry must satisfy BT-117 = BT-116 x BT-119 / 100, rounded to two decimals. The rule fires when the category tax amount is obtained by summing per-line VAT amounts - rounding accumulates line by line and ends up a cent away from the product computed on the aggregated base.
How to fix it
For every cac:TaxSubtotal, recompute cbc:TaxAmount (BT-117) from cbc:TaxableAmount (BT-116) x cbc:Percent (BT-119) / 100 and round once at the end; if your ERP total differs by a cent, adjust via the taxable base or a rounding amount, not by forcing BT-117.
Business terms involved: BT-117BT-116BT-119
