[BR-09]-The Seller postal address (BG-5) shall contain a Seller country code (BT-40).
What it means
Inside the seller address (BG-5), the country code (BT-40) is the one hard-mandatory field. The rule fires when cac:Country/cbc:IdentificationCode is missing or empty in the seller's PostalAddress - street and city alone are not enough for the EN 16931 model.
How to fix it
Add cac:Country/cbc:IdentificationCode with an ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code (FR, DE, BE...) inside the seller's cac:PostalAddress (UBL) or ram:CountryID inside ram:PostalTradeAddress (CII).
